Through Griffon Commodities, LLC, SCM imports pontoon boats and other watercraft for North American customers. By partnering with trusted international manufacturers, Griffon delivers high-quality, competitively priced vessels to meet the growing demand for recreational boating.

About Blair Sweeney
Blair Sweeney is the founder and president of Sweeney Capital Management. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Blair has led the creation of more than 40 self-storage projects nationwide, representing over $475 million in capitalized cost. His development track record spans $2 billion across self-storage, multifamily, and student housing assets.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Blair is active in global commodity trading, structuring cross-border transactions in metals and minerals to support industrial supply chains worldwide. He is also the co-founder of the Alchemia Resources, Inc. commodity trading platform, and manages Griffon Commodities’ boat import operations.
Blair’s approach combines disciplined investment analysis with a long-term vision for sustainable growth, seeking opportunities where strategic capital and operational insight can generate meaningful value.
